You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not share, distribute, reproduce, resell, sublicense, or otherwise use any materials for purposes beyond the scope of this license.

Unauthorized use will result in immediate revocation of access without refund and may subject you to legal liability.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Share login credentials or grant unauthorized access to others.
  • Engage in any form of harassment, hate speech, spamming, or illegal activity within our community areas.
  • Upload or transmit any malicious code or exploit security vulnerabilities.
  • Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or your ability to purchase on behalf of others.

We reserve the right to remove any user and revoke access without notice or refund for conduct we determine to be in violation of these Terms or community standards.

5. Refunds, Guarantee, and Cancellations

Refunds

We offer the following refund policy:

  • Digital Products and Subscriptions: A 10-day trial period applies.
  • Courses and Coaching Programs: A 30-day money-back guarantee is available if:
    • You have completed the course materials.
    • You have implemented the content in good faith.
    • You provide a written refund request to [email protected] with the subject “Refund Request,” including your full name and brief reason for requesting a refund.

Requests submitted beyond 30 days from the original payment date will not be considered. All refunds are issued at our sole discretion.

Satisfaction Guarantee

While we may offer a results-based satisfaction guarantee, we make no warranty that specific outcomes will be achieved. Your results depend on your effort, application, and context.

Adapt and Win, LLC is not a party to these agreements and assumes no responsibility for your arrangements with these third-party lenders.

Failed Payments

Access to materials will be suspended or revoked if a scheduled payment fails or is missed.

Lifetime Access

Unless otherwise stated, course purchases include lifetime access.

7. User Data, Privacy, and Marketing

We collect and store personal data such as your name, email, phone number, mailing address, payment information, and responses to surveys regarding your goals and needs.

Data is securely stored in Kajabi and Stripe. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

We may use marketing tools including Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Pixel.
